I placed an order on July 21st, which was worth around ₹1300. The expected delivery was supposed to happen within a week, but it didn’t, due to a lack of stock on your end. However, your sales representative, Miss Shruti, mentioned that due to the customer, they had to pay delivery charges twice. My order included a Rakhi, which was delivered to me on August 13th, 2025 — which had no relevance by then. Moreover, the Rudraksha and crystal bracelet that I received broke within just one day.
Arun Pandit ji, you are a very hardworking person and have built your business with a lot of effort. Your marketing is also excellent. So, I have a small request — along with investing in marketing, please consider investing some time in your staff as well. I was one of your esteemed customers and was planning to place an order for a Neelam worth ₹70,000. But seeing the carelessness of your team, I decided to step back. Because if there can be such negligence in a product worth ₹1300, how can I trust your team with a product worth ₹70,000?
I understand that you can’t be everywhere, and perhaps you don’t even need my advice. But this is my feedback, and I am absolutely not satisfied with the behavior of your team. Your team member, Kajal ma’am, also tried to help and told me she would put me on hold and that a senior member would call me to resolve the issue. But neither did I receive a call, nor was there any resolution.
