If a product does not match its report — the wrong mukhi count or the wrong stone — or a gemstone is proven synthetic or artificial by a Government-recognised or ISO-certified gem laboratory, we will replace it or refund it in full. There is no time limit on this, because a mismatch is provable at any time.

Returns — the real terms, no surprises
- 7 days from delivery to return an unused product in its original condition.
- Return shipping on non-defect returns is paid by the customer (deducted from the refund).
- Energised, customised or engraved items cannot be returned — a pooja performed in your name can't be undone, so please choose energisation add-ons deliberately.
