How an authenticity claim works

Provide your order details and independent laboratory evidence. Eligible laboratories are Government-run gem-testing laboratories or laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 for gemstone testing. We must receive and examine the original, unaltered item before confirming a refund or exchange. Wrong-stone or wrong-mukhi claims must refer to the supplied report; other grading disagreements follow the separate policy terms.

Are your gemstones and rudraksha genuine and certified?

Certificate and report details depend on the exact gemstone or Rudraksha. Check the listing and ask our team what item-specific proof will be available, especially when a piece is sourced after ordering. You can verify an issued GemsMantra report number on the Check Certificate page. An independent X-ray is an option for eligible Rudraksha. If a gemstone is proven synthetic or artificial, the authenticity guarantee explains your refund, return or exchange rights.

Which payment options can I use?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, EMI and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders in India. You see every option at checkout before you pay.

How do I know which gemstone is right for me?

Use the free Gemstone calculator or Rudraksha calculator for a general suggestion. For personal guidance, message our gemstone experts on WhatsApp or book a consultation.

What is energization and is it included?

Energization (pran-pratishtha) is a traditional ritual done with mantras before dispatch. Where it is offered, the product page shows what is included free and the price of any optional pooja before you add to cart. An energization charge is not refundable once the pooja is done.

How fast is delivery?

For standard in-stock orders, dispatch is normally within 4 business days. Customised, energised or sourced-for-order items may take longer. Delivery options, charges and timing depend on the item and destination; check the Shipping Policy and confirm the estimate for your chosen item before ordering.

Can I return or exchange my order?

You have 7 days from delivery to report an item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, and an unboxing video is needed. We do not take change-of-mind returns. Bead bracelets, malas and energised items can be returned only if they are damaged, defective or incorrect. Separately, a stone proven synthetic by a Government-run or ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab is replaced or refunded in full, with no time limit. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.
