Refund Policy - Gemsmantra
Return & Replacement Policy:
Duration: GemsMantra offers a 1 day (24 hours) return & replacement policy.
Conditions for Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Items are subject to inspection and verification by the GemsMantra team.
- Damages due to neglect or improper usage aren't covered.
- Products should be accompanied with their original product certificate, invoice, packaging, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
- Rudraksha(s) will only be accepted if accompanied by a certificate from a government-approved lab.
- If returning a gemstone post seal-breaking, a deduction ranging from 350 to 1500 INR will be applied unless returned with an authenticity certificate from a government-approved lab.
- For any return, a fixed courier charge of Rs 200 will be deducted. If the returned item is a charged bracelet, additional charging costs will also be deducted.
Specific Policies:
Immediate Returns: If you have issues with the product, it must be returned in its exact condition within 24 hours post-delivery. After this period, GemsMantra will not accept returns.
Loose Gemstones: Can be returned within the 10-day window with a full refund of the gemstone's price. However, courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
Gemstone Jewelry: Customized jewelry cannot be returned for a refund. However, within 10 days of delivery, you can request a store credit worth 75% of your invoice value, valid for future purchases.
Cancellation Policy:
If a customer makes multiple payments for the same order, only the cost of a singular order will be retained, and the rest, including any transaction charges on the duplicate payments, will be fully refunded.
Important Notes:
Return shipment is at the customer's cost.
Payment Gateway charges won't be refunded, with direct charges from the gateway not included in the refund.
Returns processing time is 7-10 business days, with potential additional delay from banks or credit card companies.
Return Process:
- Obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Customer Support.
- Return with all original documentation.
- Use a reputed courier service with package insurance. Use an equivalent trusted service.
- For utmost security, label your return packages under "Sewa Life Sciences" to deter potential theft.
