I have ordered the product almost 20 days back and I am yet to receive the product. How can you even ask for ratings.

Overall bad experience

Took 10 days to ship order when on website it was written max 2 days. Moreover, more than half of the crystals in the golden obsidian bracelet are actually black obsidian. I don't know why it was even named golden obsidian.
