The GemsMantra promise

GemsMantra Guarantee

Confidence begins with clarity.

Our authenticity commitment

100% refund on eligible authenticity claims

If a qualifying laboratory proves a gemstone is synthetic or artificial, or the supplied stone or mukhi differs from its GemsMantra report, you may choose a full refund of the amount paid for that item, including GST, or a return or exchange under our policy.

No time limit for qualifying authenticity claims

Laboratory evidence, return of the original unaltered item, and inspection are required. Full claim conditions apply.

Reports you can verify

Where supplied, verify your GemsMantra report number online. Documentation varies by product and option.

Independent X-ray option

Available for eligible Rudraksha when you select the corresponding certificate option.

Checked before dispatch

Your selected item and any supplied documents are checked against your order before packing.

Clear return conditions

Report damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries within seven days. Unboxing evidence and policy conditions apply.

How an authenticity claim works

Provide your order details and independent laboratory evidence. Eligible laboratories are Government-run gem-testing laboratories or laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 for gemstone testing. We must receive and examine the original, unaltered item before confirming a refund or exchange. Wrong-stone or wrong-mukhi claims must refer to the supplied report; other grading disagreements follow the separate policy terms.

Pooja Energization:
S.H.U.D.H. ("शुद्ध" – Pure. Powerful. Proven.)

SHUDH is a sacred, multi-step purification and energizing process designed to cleanse gemstones and crystals both physically and spiritually. It blends traditional methods like Gangajal, rock salt, and sacred herbs with Vedic rituals, mantra chanting, smoke cleansing, and ritual sealing—ensuring every gemstone retains pure, positive vibrations until it reaches the wearer.

Why SHUDH is Needed?

Gemstones and crystals absorb energies from various sources during mining, handling, and transit. SHUDH ensures all negative or stagnant energies are removed, and the stones are spiritually activated—so they align powerfully with the wearer’s intentions, astrological charts, and life goals.

Types of Puja under SHUDH

1. SHUDH – Basic Cleansing Process

What: Cleansing with Gangajal, rock salt, and energy-charging methods like selenite plates or moonlight. Authenticity sticker included.

Why: Neutralizes surface negativity and resets the stone’s vibration to a fresh, receptive state.

2. SHUDH – Vedic Pooja

What: Personalized puja based on Gotra, using sacred herbs, Gangajal, and mantra chanting tailored to the wearer.

Why: Tunes the gemstone to your individual energy, enhancing personal alignment and astrological impact.

3. SHUDH – Pran Pratishtha

What: Advanced ritual involving Gotra-based puja, Havan (fire ritual), Dhupam (smoke cleansing), herbal & Gangajal purification, and energizing mantras by trained priests.

Why: Invokes divine essence into the gemstone, converting it into a powerful spiritual ally, perfectly tuned to your purpose and destiny.
