5 Mukhi Rudraksha Mala
Pathri or Chikna are the two varieties used to make the 5 Mukhi / 5 faced mala.
In comparison to Rava Dana, the Chikna variety is much different. A Chikna bead has a smooth surface, is denser, lasts longer, is of superior quality, and is rare to find. Due to its unique properties, the mala is a highly sought-after Rudraksha variety for Japa.
In total, it has 108 beads and 1 Meru bead. A 5 Mukhi Rudraksha mala is believed to improve health, well-being, and calm the mind. Malas control anxiety and depression, motivate and create a positive attitude in the wearer.
A Japa Mala has beads in the size of 6mm Rudraksha strung in thread in
traditional style with tassels. Both wearing and chanting mantras with this mala are beneficial.
