I didn't get the bracelet

fake products & pathetic customer support.

one of the worst services for online platform. they sent me fake Turquoise bracelet which was verified by gemologist near to my house. i also purchased other item order 52055 dated 21 Aug, god knows when will they send and will it be original or fake like this one. My bad that i read there reviews post placing order and then requested support to cancel the order multiple times before dispatch, despite of it they dispatched the order. when i refused to take delivery, delivery boy told me to talk to support which was unfortunately un responsive. Ticket Id #32359 and its still open. Dont buy from this company and try local good stores even of its 10% expensive. atleast there will be peace of mind of the purchase and will not lose money to fake products.
