Return & Replacement Policy

At Gemsmantra, we take pride in offering handcrafted natural gemstones and jewelry, making each piece truly unique. Please be aware of the following before requesting a return:

Return & Exchange Policy

We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances:

- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged during transit or if you received an incorrect product.

- Timeframe: Requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original condition.

- Exclusions: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 7-day period.

Additionally, if a gemstone is proven to be synthetic or artificial by a recognized gemological institute(ISO certified or Internationally reputed), you are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange. Please note that courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

Categories Not Eligible for Return (Unless Damaged)

Please note that returns are not possible for the following categories unless the product is damaged:

1. Customised Jewelry

2. Beads Bracelets

3. Rudraksha

4.  Trees

5. Rakhi

6. Products received exactly as ordered

    Refund Process

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited to your account within 10-12 working days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may cause additional delays.

    - For prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account within 5-7 working days.

    - For COD orders, we will request your account details to initiate the refund.

    Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges

    We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons: - You simply dislike the product
    - Minor flaws or issues with the packaging
    - Slight color differences or size variations

    We encourage you to carefully review our size chart before making a purchase to avoid any issues related to sizing.

    Cancellation Policy

    We strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.

    If your order is still pending pickup, you may request an addition to your current order or exchange the product for another item of equal value.

    Conditions for Eligibility for return

    - Items must be in their original, unused condition.
    - Items are subject to inspection and verification by the Gemsmantra team.
    - Damages due to neglect or improper usage are not covered.
    - Products must be accompanied by the original product certificate, invoice, packaging, lab certificates, and any other included items.
    - Rudraksha(s) will only be accepted if accompanied by a certificate from a government-approved lab.
